Your bundles live in your OneDrive

The bundles you upload, and the answers, chronologies and summaries the app produces, are saved in your own OneDrive. Not on our servers.

    Each member’s cases are saved in their own OneDrive, inside your chambers’ Microsoft 365.

  • Separate for every member

    Members sign in as themselves and work from their own OneDrive, so one member’s cases aren’t visible to another.

  • Your policies still apply

    Because it’s your OneDrive, your chambers’ existing Microsoft 365 security, retention and access policies cover it.

Your Microsoft 365 security, applied to Legal Bundle AI

Members sign in with their chambers Microsoft accounts, so the controls your IT team already runs can cover Legal Bundle AI too.

  • Conditional Access

    Apply your Conditional Access policies to Legal Bundle AI, for example requiring multi-factor authentication, a chambers-managed device or a trusted location before anyone can sign in.

  • Sign-ins you can see

    Sign-ins to Legal Bundle AI appear in your Microsoft Entra sign-in logs, alongside the rest of your Microsoft 365 activity.

  • Retention and eDiscovery

    Because cases are saved in OneDrive, your Microsoft 365 retention, eDiscovery and audit tools can cover them like any other file.

Conditional Access needs Microsoft Entra ID P1 or above, which is included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3 and E5.

    Bundles are saved in your own OneDrive. They stay in your chambers’ control and aren’t shared with other clients.

    Single sign-on with the Microsoft accounts your chambers already manages. There are no separate usernames or passwords, and when someone leaves, removing their chambers account removes their access.

  • Your record

    Use of the app is recorded against each case, giving you an audit trail of who did what and when.

Barristers work case by case, and so does Legal Bundle AI, with controls built in.

Each case is kept separate
Questions are answered from the bundle for the case you’re working on, not from any other.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Documents and results are encrypted when they move and when they’re stored.
An audit trail per case
A record of use against each case, useful when your chambers, a client or an insurer asks how AI was used.
Automatic screen lock
After a period of inactivity the app locks and blurs the screen, so case material isn’t left on show. Unlocking checks your Microsoft sign-in again. Your chambers sets the time.
Usage limits per member
Administrators can set a monthly usage limit for each member, and the app enforces it.
Marked privileged and confidential
Every question box is marked privileged and confidential, and the screen carries a standing reminder to verify responses before relying on them.
